RULES OF THE HYBRID LIFE CONTEST
Article 1 – ORGANIZER
GN Audio A / S GmbH (Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung), registered registered under the number HRB 5165, located in Hochstrass South 7 D-83064 Raubling Germany (hereinafter “JABRA” or “The Organizer”), organizes a free contest on the Internet with no obligation to buy called “HYBRID LIFE” (hereinafter the “Contest”) which will take place from Wednesday 28th April 2021 under the following conditions.
Article 2 – WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
This contest is open to all people of legal age residing in UAE, Saudi Arabia and South Africa. (hereinafter the “Participants” or the “Participant”), excluding representatives and employees of the organizer, its service providers and their subcontractors as well as members of their families.
Participation in this contest implies pure and simple acceptance, without reservation, of these rules.
Participation in the contest is strictly personal and anonymous. Only one prize will be awarded per winner
Article 3 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Participation in the “HYBRID LIFE” competition» is free and will take place as follows:
First, Participants must create an account on the platform https://hybridlife.mea.jabra.com/teaser/ (hereinafter the “Platform”).
In order to participate, Participants must also perform various actions on the Platform in order to accumulate points, as described in Article 4 below of these rules.
The winners will be notified of the judges’ decision via email by JABRA or its service providers.
Participation in the Contest implies full acceptance of these rules and the arbitration of the organizers for cases provided and not provided.
Any misrepresentation by a Participant, and/or any fraud whatsoever, will result in his/her automatic exclusion from the Contest », without the organizer’s liability being incurred in this regard, the latter reserving the right to prosecute any fraudulent participation and to cancel any winnings related to such participation. In addition, the Organizer reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided by the Participants.
Article 4 – DESCRIPTION OF THE GAME
To participate in the Contest, Participants must ensure that the following conditions are cumulatively met:
Participants will have to create an account on the Platform; the registration of the Participant on the Platform will earn him 50 points;
The Participants will have to perform different actions on the Platform (answer quizzes; watch videos – Watch Lives and replays – ; etc.) in order to earn points.
The Participant answers one (1) time to each quiz. Each correct answer per quiz earns 450 points.
Each live stream viewed by a Participant will earn 600 points. The same video will only earn points once.
Each replay viewed by a Participant will earn him/her 500 points. The same video will only earn points once.
Clicking a “Touch Point” will earn Participants 300 points.
The fact of downloading content on the Platform will earn Participants 100 points (Content available in the Platform’s image library.
The fact that a Participant shares content related to the Platform on social networks will earn 100 points per publication.
If a Participant sponsors a new Participant, the first Participant will earn 400 points for each new Participant sponsored.
Article 5 – PROVISION AND OBLIGATIONS
5.1 Provisions
From April 28th, 2021 to June 30, 2021 inclusive, participants will be able to participate in the “HYBRID LIFE” contest and collect points on the Platform.
The 46 Participants who have accumulated the most points at the end of the “HYBRID LIFE” contest will be awarded the following prizes:
The first 10 participants who has accumulated the most points at the end of the contest will win an Evolve2 85
The following 15 Participants will be awarded an Evolve2 65
The following 50 Participants will win a connected watch
In the event of a tie in the number of points accumulated between the Participants, the winners will be designated by a random draw conducted between July 1, 2021 and July 13, 2021 by the Organizer.
The prize of the contest is non-transferable and only the winner can benefit from it. The prizes cannot be modified and must be accepted as is. The winners will be notified individually, by any means available to the Organizer.
The selected Participant will have to appear within the 15 days following the day on which he/she was contacted, in which case he/she will no longer be entitled to claim his/her prize, which will automatically and by right be reallocated to the Participant having been ranked second by the judge.
The results will be announced on the Platform and on the Linkedin account of JABRA at the latest July 15, 2021.
The prizes will be awarded in the following manner:
The prizes will be sent by the Organizer by mail to the winners. The delivery time of the prizes may depend on the availability of the prizes and the delivery times of the suppliers.
5.2 The obligations of the Participant
The winning Participants will be invited to publish the result of the Contest on social networks, if necessary, these publications may be republished by the Organizer on its various social network accounts.
Article 6: AUTHORIZATION
Participants freely and expressly authorize the use and distribution of their name, first name and contact information as well as, in any medium, their image, free of charge.
Participants also authorize the use and distribution of the content they create on JABRA’s social networks and websites, as well as in any advertising or promotional campaign related to this or subsequent editions of the Contest, for a maximum of two year.
In this case, no remuneration, in any form whatsoever, may be demanded by the Participants other than the award, where applicable, of the prize provided for in these rules.
Article 7: PERSONAL DATA
7.1 Purposes of the processing
The purpose of processing personal data in the context of the competition is to manage the competition, determine the winner(s) and award and send the prizes.
With the express consent of the Participant, obtained on the contest entry form, the data collected concerning him/her may also be used for commercial prospecting purposes by the Organizer.

7.2 Recipients of the data
The Organizer is the recipient of the personal data collected, which may be transmitted for commercial prospecting purposes to its partners, subject to obtaining the express consent of each Participant.
The personal data collected may be communicated to service providers and subcontractors for the performance of services carried out on behalf of the Organizer in the context of this Contest.
The Organizer may also transmit the Participants’ personal information in the event of receipt of a request from a judicial authority or any administrative authority empowered by law requesting the communication of such information in accordance with the legislative provisions in force.
7.3 Data security and privacy
The Organizer shall implement appropriate measures to preserve the security and confidentiality of Participants’ personal data and, in particular, to prevent them from being altered, damaged or accessed by unauthorized parties.
7.4 Duration of data retention
The personal data of the Participants are kept for the time necessary for the purpose of the processing. This period shall not exceed three (3) years. They are stored in compliance with current legislation on the protection of personal data.
Article 8 – RESPONSIBILITIES
Participation implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misuse or piracy and the risk of corruption by possible viruses circulating on the network.
The Organizer declines all responsibility in the event of misuse or incident related to the use of the computer, access to the Internet, maintenance or malfunction of the game servers, telephone line or any other technical connection, and the sending of game forms to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Any difficulty that may arise from the application or interpretation of these rules or that is not provided for in these rules shall be decided in the final instance by the Organizer or by any person to whom they may delegate this power. Therefore, any modification cannot give rise to any claim or compensation.
The Participants declare that they are informed and expressly accept that the Organizer cannot be held responsible for any prejudice of any kind (personal, physical, material, financial or other), for any incident occurring during participation in the operation.
Participants will demonstrate respectful behavior towards the Organizer as well as towards other Participants. Any disrespectful behavior may lead to the exclusion of the Participant and the prohibition to participate in the contest.
The Organizer cannot be held responsible in the event that a Participant cannot be reached for a reason beyond its control. The Participants agree to communicate in due form all the information concerning them and necessary for the management of the operation and the delivery of the prizes. At all times, Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the information they have provided.
Article 9 – RESERVE
The Organizer cannot be held responsible if, for reasons beyond its control, this Contest is modified, postponed or cancelled partially or totally. It will not be held responsible and no compensation can be claimed from it.
The Organizer reserves the right to invalidate at any time and without notice the participation of any Participant who has not complied with these rules.
Article 10: LITERARY AND ARTISTIC PROPERTY RIGHTS
In accordance with the laws governing literary and artistic property rights, the reproduction and representation of all or part of the elements making up this game are strictly prohibited. The brands mentioned are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Participants are informed and declare that they accept that participation in the contest does not give them any right to the elements protected by intellectual property rights distributed or made available by JABRA.
If JABRA provides Participants with material protected by intellectual property rights to enable participation in the Contest, JABRA grants Participants a right to use such material for the sole purpose and duration of the Contest. Participants may not use, and in particular may not modify, reproduce or distribute these elements other than for the purposes of participation in the operation
